Refund & Returns Policy

At Aqualac cc t/a SchubART, we take pride in the quality of our products.

Returns

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable, products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, replace the product or provide a refund.

Incorrect Orders

If we have supplied the incorrect item, we will arrange collection of the incorrect product and send the correct product at no additional cost.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot normally be returned unless they are defective.

Custom-made or specially ordered products may not be eligible for return unless required under South African consumer protection legislation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
